At Your Own Pace, There Is No Race.

Allpics

Hello all.
When you go about your projects at your own pace, you realize there is no race.
Some individuals like to take their time and thoroughly think things through and this is where they feel most comfortable. Some individuals are more effective when they rush through things, and move fast. The interesting thing about being in the pursuit of your goals, is that the more you stay at your own pace, fast or slow, the better it feels, and the results seem much better at the end.

However, I want to remind my readers that the “process” alone is where the success and juice of life resides. When you are focused on the present moment, fully aware of your action steps you are operating at your own pace, you begin to realize that there really is no “race.” One step at a time is all it takes to stay at your comfortable pace.
When you happily and steadily go about your projects you will find an inner sense of accomplishment as you are moving along. The end result is minimized, and the present moment becomes maximized.
There is nothing wrong with thinking you are racing against someone or trying to beat someone, but the reality is that you set the pace. Enjoy the race, be comfortable with it, after all, it was what you created.

At Your Own Pace, There is No Race.

Delivering Positive Value Today

Delivering positive value is important during these hard economical times. With people loosing their jobs at historical rates, this alternative route is probably the most logical. This alternative is to create positive value to people and deliver it to individuals. This is not overly complicated. This is actually so easy that many people have to question its validity.

There is an abundance of different alternatives to create value and deliver it to people. Social media and the internet is making it easier for people to hop on to a computer and create something of value. For example when I’m writing this blog, I am sparking ideas and valuable information for people that probably never heard of this concept of “delivering positive value”. This bring me great joy. I am glad to know that what I am creating is something of positive value for you. These are the times we need to share and be grateful for the abundance of positive information that is presented to us.

Constantly struggling by searching for jobs that aren’t even close to your life mission, takes you further away from your creative spirit. It drains your energy. Once you begin to run away from your natural ability to create, you gave away your power. And to what did you give your power to?

You will be surprised of the endless abundance of opportunities that arise when you are focused on creating and delivering positive value for others to enjoy and be inspired by. You will find your truth, open up to greater wisdom and experience awakening when you focus on delivering positive value to others.

The Strangest Secret in The World

This is video by Earl Nightingale.
I think this video is empowering and worthwhile to watch.

Earl Nightingale (March 12, 1921March 25, 1989) was an American motivational speaker and author. Known as the Dean of Personal Development.[1] He was the voice in the early 1950s of Sky King, the hero of a radio adventure series, and was a WGN radio show host from 1950 to 1956.[2]Author of the “Strangest Secret“, which economist Terry Savage has called “…One of the great motivational books of all time“.[3] (Wikepedia)

Baker Thoughts for Today

Hello all.
It's been awhile since I've posted on here. I've been working on my personal development book lately, and it's taken up a lot of my time. However I do want to say thanks for all the readers that have come to this site as well. My other blog Beyond Success-Baker blog has been doing very well lately, and my initial intention was to make a brother blog to my original blog Beyond Success-Baker Blog. So here it is.

I also included on the side bar some of the books that I've read and highly recommend. A lot of these books I highly recommend for people that are ready to make a positive difference in their lives. Some of the concepts on these books are of a spiritual nature, but what I like about them is that they break them down and make each book easy to understand, and more importantly the concepts in these books really work and produce results.

Just wanted to say Hello, I'm still here. :) I Will post more stuff as life experiences allow.

Gratitude,

Why Your Conviction Progresses You Towards Your Goals.

Hello all.
There are people who wish for things to happen. Such statements from a wishful person are " I wish to be rich" There are people who believe in things. Such statements of a believer include, "I believe I can be succesful."

Then there are those that have conviction. A statement made out of conviction is :" I know I will be succesful, I take action steps each day to make this a reality."

A wish is something that someone thinks about and it diminishes as quickly as the thought came about. A belief is something you hold longer than you wish and may take some action on. But a conviction is something you know will come to pass and you take small daily action steps towards that goal being fulfilled.

Our society is a mixture of wishful thinkers and believers. We currently only have enough people that live with conviction. A person who is convinced knows that they will eventually be where they set their mind to. They take actions steps. This is the advanced version of someone who believes, because they are doing what it takes to make their goal a reality. A conviction is an inner knowing that you already have what you are searching for, and you prove this with how you act and how you behave.
If you want to really make a difference in your way of life, you need conviction. Conviction puts your belief and ideas into progressive action. You will be amazed and astounded at the results you are producing once you live out of conviction.

Conviction on a belief is what makes you progress towards your goals.

The Present Moment Is All There Really Is.

Hello all.
The present moment is all there really is. When we align with the present moment and are fully aware of what is going on right now, we open up to unlimited power. This unlimited power feels so amazing that if I tried to describe it, I would not be giving it any justice. The present moment is all there really is, because the past is just a distant memory that already took place. The future is still something that hasn't happened yet. So reality exists at this exact second. This is the beauty and amazing thing about life. Many times we are out of our element when we focus on something that happened in the past, or worried about what is to come in the future. I want you to be aware of your feelings when you are either think too much about the past or future. How does it feel to think deeply about these things? I would bet that it wouldn't feel as great as being in the present moment. The reason I say this with certainty, because in my own life and in observing others, when I or someone else is totally present in the moment it feels amazing. It's the realest feeling out there.
Stay focused and be aware in the present moment. This is what it means to be awake.

Learning at Different Speeds-Learning In An Exciting Way.

Hello all.
Life is one big classroom. We are all hear to learn things we don't know yet. There are many lessons we must learn here on earth. There are lessons such as forgiveness, non-judgment, acceptance, compromise, trust, responsibility, and the list goes on. When we realize and start to enjoy the learning experiences, a sense of joy and enthusiasm manifests in your life. When you begin to see the learning process as fun and not something to dread, you are staying ahead of the learning curve. The interesting thing about life is that we all learn at different speeds. There are 70 year old people that may still need to learn the lesson of forgiveness and letting go of past hurts. While there may be a 15 year old that learned that already, but has something else to learn in life, such as responsibility. There is a wide range of lessons that we need to learn on earth. When someone is learning something that you've already learned it is a good idea to be non-judgmental. Allow the person to learn the life lesson.
There are different speeds and different lessons that we are put here to learn, but knowing that obstacles and challenges are really just making us better, is the key ingredient to learning in an exciting way.
